General
Is it necessary to register to use the site or request samples?
Yes. While you can preview a small portion of our designs without registering, you must have an account to access the full design library and order samples.
How do I register?
Click the Account link in the menu, then Create Account.
Our team will review your information and notify you upon approval of your registration. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive access.
If you are a new customer, you’ll also be assigned a dedicated account manager who will be able to provide individualized assistance and answer any questions.
What is My Library?
The digital showroom has thousands of decors, and My Library is a place for you to save decors and colors into collections, making it a great inspiration or follow-up resource. The decors will stay in your collections until you remove them. You also have the option to share your collections with our team. You must have an approved customer account to use this feature.
A step-by-step guide can be found here.
Do you offer PVC-free printed products?
Yes! We can print any of our PVC designs on PP or PET. We also offer paper printing for laminate products. Paper uses a different set of designs which will be added to the website soon.
How can I see your designs in person?
There are many ways you can see physical samples our of designs. In fact, we recommend you view physical samples since digital screens can greatly affect the color.
We can mail them to you (you pay shipping), we can send them to your factory of choice for pressing, or you can visit one of our showrooms in the US, China or Vietnam.
Design
Are your designs legally protected?
Yes. We hold the intellectual property (IP) rights to all designs and copyright to many designs in our public library. The unauthorized sharing or use of the images on this website is strictly prohibited.
How do you create your designs?
We have an in-house team of accomplished designers who create designs from scratch. The raw materials are sourced, treated, scanned and digitally enhanced or altered to achieve the perfect look. We also partner with world-class industry designs to ensure our designs are relevant and trendy.
Does the design size affect the final product size?
Yes and no. When considering a design, the length of the design is the most important to the product size. For example, if you want a 60”/1520mm wood plank, you should choose a design that is at least 60” long. You can find the recommended product length in the product specification chart on the individual product page. Product width generally comes down to your preference in the overall look.
Of course, there are always exceptions (including if the product will be EIR or general embossing) and some designs don’t follow any particular rules.
We’re happy to give design-related size recommendations! You can contact us or reach out to your dedicated account manager.
If I want my product to be EIR, does that influence my design selection?
Most of our print films have been created with a continuous EIR process in mind. Each decor has a product specification chart which shows if the film is EIR-ready.
Film length in relation to final product length is also an important consideration in EIR and relies heavily on the flooring manufacturer’s production process.
EIR can be tricky and is best addressed by providing specific information to your account manager.
I’m looking to match a design. Can you help?
Absolutely. You can send us an image or sample of your design. We won’t copy others’ decors, but we will provide similar suggestions.
I like a design on your site, but I can’t find the right color. Do you offer custom colorwork?
Yes! We can create new colors using a variety of color targets. Once created and approved, the color can become your exclusive color with MOQs. Please contact your account manager for more information.
Do you offer exclusive design development?
We love creating exclusive designs for our customers. Whether you have your own material you’d like to scan or you want us to provide a proposal of new designs, we can help you develop your own decors and colors. There is a fee for this type of development, so please reach out to your account manager for additional information.
Samples
How accurate are the decor colors on the website?
It’s incredibly hard to evaluate colors when viewing on screen. The color will look different on your computer versus your cell phone versus your colleague’s computer. Screens can, however, give you a broad idea of the color and help you narrow your choices. After an initial selection, we recommend requesting a physical sample or asking your flooring manufacturer to press a sample for you.
Are there color differences between film and final product?
Always. Production processes, temperatures, wear layers and coatings can all affect the final look of the product. Generally, the color changes are minor and less noticeable on medium shade colors. We always recommend seeing a finished sample from your flooring factory before you make a final decision.
Are all designs in the Digital Showroom stocked?
We strive to keep a small quantity of sample material stocked for each design and color.
Can I request samples? If so, is there a limit or a cost?
We know that each designer and each company work through their development processes differently. We offer full-size (full repeat) samples and A3-size samples that can be mailed directly to you. While we don’t charge for the samples, we ask that you cover the shipping charges. The number of samples varies by project, so please reach out to your account manager for specific information.
We can also send the samples directly to your manufacturer for pressing if you prefer.
Purchasing & Post Sales
Which flooring manufacturers do you work with?
We work with a large number of flooring manufacturers across the world, and we’re always open to considering new partnerships. Please contact us to ask about a specific factory.
How do I place a production order?
Production orders are generally placed by the final product manufacturer. If you are a manufacturer who is not a current customer, please contact us.
If you are ordering finished product from a flooring manufacturer, you’ll need to provide our film number (product code) to your manufacturer who will place the order with us.
What's your production lead time?
Our production lead time is 20-25 days from official PO acceptance.
